Castell Henllys, Wales

Before the Welsh show I had the pleasure to visit another "history-made-new" site, Castell Henllys. This Iron Age hillfort has been the subject of an ongoing excavation for more than twenty years, and has been reconstructed on the original Iron Age foundations. It is a truly inspiring experience.
